FINAS Manpower Recruitment Corporation is a Philippine recruitment agency licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers. It began operations in 2015, moved into new management in 2026, and deploys Filipino professionals and workers to international employers from its office on West Avenue, Quezon City.

FINAS began operations in 2015 as a duly registered recruitment organisation under the Department of Migrant Workers. The work has always been the same: match qualified Filipino workers with employers who will treat them well, and process the paperwork properly so nobody's departure falls apart at the last step.
In 2026 the company transitioned into new management. That meant a stronger organisational structure and a wider set of service capabilities – built to serve both sides of the exchange better: employers who need reliable teams, and jobseekers who need an agency that answers the phone.
What did not change is the reason any of it matters. Every employment opportunity is more than a source of income. It is a family putting food on the table, sending children to school, and building something that lasts longer than one contract.
