For Employers

Build your Filipino team, ethically.

FINAS is a DMW-licensed Philippine recruitment corporation. We source, trade-test, document, and deploy qualified Filipino workers to employers across Asia and the Gulf – inside the regulations, with a named team on the Manila side of every placement.

International employers hire Filipino workers through a DMW-licensed agency by submitting a job order with the required accreditation documents, authenticated by the Philippine Embassy. The agency then sources and trade-tests candidates, you select and interview, and the agency completes documentation and deployment. FINAS handles every stage from its Quezon City office.

Why Partner with FINAS

What a licensed partner is actually for.

A regulated counterparty

Your job order sits inside the DMW system, with a licensed corporation accountable in the Philippines.

Sourcing beyond Metro Manila

Social media campaigns, recruitment activities, and partnerships with Local Government Units nationwide.

Testing against your specification

Trade tests and skills assessment built from your requirements, not a generic template.

One team through to arrival

Documentation, government processing, travel coordination, and airport assistance handled by the same office.

The Employer Procedure

How the partnership works.

Seven stages. The first two are the ones that decide how fast everything else moves.

Solid blue – moves at the pace of your job order and our candidate pool Dashed gold – depends on embassies, clinics, and government offices

  1. Initial enquiry

Tell us the roles, headcount, destination, and target start. We confirm whether we hold, or can source, the profile you need.

Pace set by: you and FINAS
  2. Documentation and accreditation

You provide the recruitment agreement, special power of attorney, manpower request, and a model employment contract, together with proof of your company's legal registration, authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate with jurisdiction over your location. We file the accreditation with the DMW.

Requirements are set by the DMW and change from time to time – we confirm the current list for your country at enquiry stage.

Pace set by: embassy authentication and DMW processing
  3. Job order and advertising

Once accredited, the job order becomes live. We advertise through our channels, recruitment activities, and LGU partnerships nationwide.

    Pace set by: FINAS
  4. Sourcing and pre-screening

Applications are screened against your requirements. References are checked before any CV reaches you.

Pace set by: FINAS and the candidate pool
  5. Trade testing and interviews

Skills assessment against your specification, then your interviews, conducted online or on site in Manila. You choose who to hire.

Pace set by: FINAS and your interview schedule
  6. Documentation and government processing

Contracts, medicals at DMW-accredited clinics, government requirements, and visa processing for your country.

Pace set by: clinics and government offices in two countries
  7. Deployment and arrival

Travel coordination, pre-departure briefing, airport assistance, and confirmation on arrival.

Pace set by: final government clearances and flight schedules
On timelines

Stages 1, 3, 4, and 5 move at the speed of your job order and our candidate pool. Stages 2, 6, and 7 depend on embassy authentication, medical results, and government processing in two countries – no agency controls those, and any agency quoting you a guaranteed deployment date is quoting you a hope.

Employer FAQ

What employers ask first.

How long does accreditation take?

It depends on how quickly your documents are authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in your jurisdiction, and on DMW processing. We tell you what stage your file is at rather than quoting a fixed number.

Can we interview candidates ourselves?

Yes. You select and interview every candidate, online or on site in Manila. FINAS shortlists against your requirements; the hiring decision is always yours.

What does FINAS charge employers?

Fees are agreed in the recruitment agreement before any job order goes live, in line with DMW regulations for your destination.

Commercial terms pending client sign-off

Which countries do you deploy to?

Deployment follows active, accredited job orders. Our current partners are concentrated in Japan and the Gulf states, and we take enquiries from any jurisdiction where a Philippine-licensed agency may lawfully deploy.
