Who we are

FINAS Manpower Recruitment Corporation is a private recruitment agency licensed by the Department of Migrant Workers, licence No. DMW-705-LB-03262026-R, operating from Units 35C & D Avenue Bldg., 35 West Avenue, Nayong Kanluran, Quezon City. For the purposes of this policy, FINAS is the personal information controller.

Privacy questions and requests go to our privacy contact, [name and direct contact to be confirmed], or to info@finasmanpower.com.ph. Our National Privacy Commission registration details: [to be confirmed].

What information we collect

  • Enquiry details – your name, contact details, and message when you write to us, call, or message us.
  • Application details – employment history, qualifications, and the information in your CV.
  • Documents you send us – passport copies, certificates, clearances, and, where a job order requires it, medical results.
  • Website usage data – pages visited and basic technical information (see Cookies and analytics below).

Why we collect it

We collect personal information to process applications, to match candidates to approved job orders, to meet Department of Migrant Workers and destination-country requirements, and to respond to enquiries. We collect what the application in front of us needs, and nothing speculative.

Who we share it with

  • Employer partners – only the employer whose role you applied to.
  • Government agencies – where deployment processing requires it.
  • Service providers – such as DMW-accredited medical clinics and assessment centres, for the steps your application needs.

We never sell personal information, and we never share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Retention is tied to the application lifecycle and to the statutory record-keeping obligations of a licensed recruitment agency. Specific retention periods: [to be confirmed] – to be set with counsel against DMW record-keeping rules before launch.

How we protect it

Access to applicant files is limited to the staff working on them. Staff are bound by confidentiality undertakings, and physical documents are stored securely at the Quezon City office. Where information is held digitally, access is controlled by role.

Your rights

The Data Privacy Act of 2012 gives you the right to be informed, to access your information, to object to processing, to correct inaccurate information, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, to damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To exercise any of these rights, write to our privacy contact using the details in the last section. We respond within the period the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and, where enabled, analytics that tell us which pages are read. The full cookie inventory: [to be confirmed] – it depends on the tooling in the final build. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
