Our Services

Six services. One continuous handover.

Overseas recruitment fails in the gaps between steps – the medical nobody chased, the document nobody filed, the flight nobody confirmed. FINAS runs all six stages in-house so nothing is handed to a stranger halfway.

  1. Sourcing
  2. Screening
  3. Trade test
  4. Documents
  5. Orientation
  6. Departure

FINAS provides six recruitment services: sourcing and advertising, applicant pre-screening and evaluation, trade testing and skills assessment, document processing and deployment assistance, applicant orientation and briefing, and departure assistance including airport support. Together they cover the full cycle from an employer's job order to a worker boarding the plane.

The Six Services

What we actually do.

What it means for applicants What it means for employers

Sourcing & advertising

Advertising through social media campaigns, special recruitment activities, and partnerships with Local Government Units nationwide.

For applicants

Roles reach you where you already are, including through your LGU – not only through Manila job fairs.

For employers

Nationwide reach, not just the National Capital Region talent pool.

Pre-screening & evaluation

Pre-screening, reference checking, and applicant evaluation to ensure the right candidate-job match.

For applicants

You are assessed against a real job order, so you are not sent to an interview you were never going to pass.

For employers

References are checked before a CV reaches you.

Trade testing & skills assessment

Trade testing and skills assessment based on employer requirements.

For applicants

Your skills are tested against what the job actually needs.

For employers

The test is built from your requirements, not a generic template.

Documentation & deployment

Document processing and deployment assistance from shortlisting to airline booking.

For applicants

One team tracks your papers from shortlist to ticket, and tells you where your file sits.

For employers

Compliance handled inside DMW rules, with a clear paper trail.

Orientation & briefing

Applicant orientation and briefing sessions to address concerns and expectations.

For applicants

The contract explained in plain language, before you sign it.

For employers

Workers arrive knowing the job, the country, and the expectations.

Departure assistance

Departure assistance including reminders, travel coordination, and airport assistance.

For applicants

Reminders, travel coordination, and someone with you at the airport.

For employers

Fewer no-shows and cleaner arrival scheduling.

The Two Journeys

The same six services, read two ways.

For applicants

If you are applying

Start with the process guide, then browse open roles. You will meet services 1 through 6 in that order, and a named officer at each stage.

For employers

If you are hiring

Send us your job order and requirements. We handle sourcing, testing, documentation, and deployment, and report back at each stage.

Industries We Cater

Eleven industries, across Asia and the Gulf.

A trade test for a welder looks nothing like one for a nurse, so every service above is tuned to the sector it serves. FINAS recruits across eleven industries for partner employers – here are six of them.

A note on fees

FINAS charges only what DMW regulations allow for your destination and job order, and every fee is explained before you commit to anything. If any person or page asks you to pay to "reserve a slot" before a real job order exists, that is not how legitimate recruitment works.
