FINAS is hiring a Registered Nurse for a hospital employer in Tokyo, Japan. The role requires a PRC nursing licence and at least two years of clinical experience. Salary and benefits follow the employer's DMW-approved job order and are confirmed in writing before contract signing.
About the role
This is a ward-based staff nurse post with a private hospital group in Tokyo. Day to day, that means direct patient care on a general ward: observations and monitoring, medication administration, charting, wound care, and coordination with physicians and care staff across rotating shifts.
You would join a mixed ward team of Japanese and international nurses under a Japanese head nurse, with a supervised orientation period before you carry a full patient load. The employer has hired internationally before, including nurses from the Philippines, and assigns a senior colleague as your first point of support.
The working language on the ward is Japanese. The employer provides structured language study support before departure and after arrival, and standardised charting templates are in place for international staff. Requirements
- PRC Registered Nurse licence, active
- Minimum 2 years hospital experience
- Japanese language study support provided; N4 an advantage
- Valid passport
- NBI clearance
- Fit-to-work medical from a DMW-accredited clinic
